At Fosi Crafts, we strive to make ordering from us as fun and stress-free as possible.

Handcrafts reside plenty of uniqueness and excellent designs. There are small variations in the products, which means they may look slightly different from the photos...

  1. If you received aproduct in a incorrect color/size or damaged item, please notify us immediately at support@fosicrafts.com, our customer service team will reply you within 1 working day.
  1. We will be happy to replace any damaged/incorrect items, assuming a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a refund.
  1. Refunds will get back to your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.
  1. If the return is not the result of an error by Fosi Crafts, you will be responsible for all shipping costincurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s).
  1. Please contact us before you send your return, returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.
  1. Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional charge to you.
  1. Kindly mind that if you ordered from multiple regions, you will be receiving multiple packages. Please double check that the product or products that you believe to be missing from your order were not ordered from a different region than those products that you have already received.
