What is your return & exchange policy?
Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges, but we will be happy to replace any damaged/incorrect items if it’s the result of an error by us Fosi Crafts.

How do I pay for my order?
Both Paypal  and Credit/Debit card are acceptable to pay for your order!

Supported payment methods via credit/debit card: 

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

We do not invoice for product.

How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are processed within 1-3 working days.

During sale seasons orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out. Fosi Crafts will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Fosi Crafts. Worth of goods will be publicly available on the package’s insert for tax reasons on all orders. Once orders are sent the cancellation of it or a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a CORRECT ADDRESS when checking out.

 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we do for most countries, but if you are unsure please contact us at support@fosicrafts.com and we can check for you.

 

What if the product/option is out of stock?
Please e-mail us at support@fosicrafts.com 

– We will notify you when the item becomes available again! 

  

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

Sometimes mistakes do happen! In the event you have received the incorrect or a faulty item, please contact our customer service team at support@fosicrafts.com with your order number for further assistance.

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Your order will take processing time of 1-3 days. Once shipped, it will take 5 to 10 business days for United Kingdom or EU countries, Australia, United States and Canada, other countries 2 business weeks or longer, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
